Default How long should turbos last?
I have a 2003 A6-2.7T. If the car is taken care of properly should I easily get 200000 miles out of the turbos? Do I expect to replace one or both turbos at 100000 miles? Any thoughts?

Default with proper care, it will outlast the life of ure engine!
id say invest in a turbo timer. im at 68k plus. last 1000 chipped no problems~ (knock on wood)

Default I think 100,000 is closer to the truth than the 200,000...
I guess it all depends on your habits, but lag does develop eventually...

I just blew the turbos on my friend's A6. 84,000 miles.

I got 165k miles on my Saab's original turbo before selling it - and it was still running strong.
