different ride/handling characteristics. Some may be subtle differences, some combinations may produce dramatic differences. It all depends on what YOU want for ride/handling. What one person has (and loves) you might not.
Case in point: going from full stock suspension/bars to H&R race springs w/Koni dampers (set full stiff) w/ f&r H-sport bars might produce a much better track/auto-cross vehicle, but one you might not want to drive on a daily basis.
As I understand it, the KW coil-overs are firmer riding than the H&R coil-overs, but perhaps better for very aggressive driving, while the STaSIS motorsports can be "fine-tuned" by spring selection and damper settings to give you exactly what you want, and can be (relatively) easily changed to accomodate specific desires (track days) but are far and away the most $$$. Which one is best for you?
There are differences between the PSK bar and H-sports...which one offers more of what you want?
I sense too many folks going with the "this is popular, so it must be good" approach, rather than going to a good driving school and learning about their car and experiencing how good it really is, and deciding what areas they want to change/improve, and in what way.
My $.02

I'm looking to upgrade my suspension and have had other cars with vaious suspension set ups. It just seems the majority of people on this board who have upgraded their suspension have ended up with the H&R coilovers.
Going to my first track day sponsered by Audi Club NW next month. I'm stoked.

position to evaluate what to spend your $$ on.
I've been able to show students some of the effects of a stiffer rear bar simply by changing their tire pressures.
See you at Bremerton next month...
Cheers,
