Default How much should you hear air through the crankcase when pressure testing?

Just pressure tested for the first time yesterday, PCV capped, oil fill cap off. Hooked up ~15 PSI and the oil sounded like it was boiling. Searching shows you should hear some air leak, but it was leaking soo fast I'm not sure if I could have heard a slight air leak from any hoses. Is something broken or am I just paranoid? Thanks.

Default Normal, oil boiling sounds means that it is pressurizing the crankcase so if you would

have an air leak you probably wouldn't hear the oil bubbling, and would instead hear the air leak.
