Hase anyone done this. I see the two obvious screws on the top, but what is underneath that I can't see, or is it just a pin that pops in and out. What should I be looking for?

You have to remove the front bumper.

You can try to do it without removing the bumper, but it will be a majot PITA!

The bumper is easy to remove, and will save you a bunch of headaches.

Do I just remove that side of the bumper cover, or the whole thing?

you pop the sides off and remove the securing bolts for the front of the bumper and pull forward a bit.

You do not necessarily need to take it all the way off, but be carefull of the Wash Fluid hose connection and the Lighting for the fogs. Pull too far without disconnecting first, and you will have a lot of washer fluid on your driveway and possibley damage the Fog light connections.
