Default Nope....

PM is one of the dealers that I have not tried. I have heard a real mixed bag of good and bad.

Default Same deal at Paul Miller, AOA no help

Paul Miller has had my car going on 6 weeks now for a 'popping radio'. They went 2 weeks without so much as a phone call to update me. Gave me a chevy malibu to drive, when I called and asked for something comparable to the A6 4.2 that I'm paying for, said if I came in at 8:00am they might get me an A4 1.8 but no promise. I called my Audi consumer advocate and a week later they hadn't even called back. I called and they hadn't even contacted the dealer yet. 6 weeks later, they said my car is drivable and I could pick it up, but they said nothing about fixing the radio.

GEE-ZUZ! That's the worst waste of time I've ever heard for something as minor as a "popping radio"!

I was given a Chevy Malibu for the bumper recall and I felt like a friggin' failure riding around in that thing. It was the most depressing car I've been in for quite some time. I can't imagine leaving a 4.2 in a shop for 1 week for a radio problem, never mind 6 WEEKS!!

That's just insane. I feel horrible for you.

Default I agree your dealer treated you poorly considering you had and appointment, but you are wrong -

in thinking you should get preferential treatment just because your car cost more-makes you sound like an elitist snob

Default How about at 2 yo Saturn SL2...

...with residual smoke, 32k miles and stained seats for a 2.7t loaner. I politely told my service adviser if were forced to drive such a piece of GM crap again for two days I'ld service my ride at the dealer within walking distance to my office and take a bus home. Being polite and firmly stating you expectations seems to work wonders most of the time.
