We all were nOObs once. MAYBE the moderators could post a sticky or heading

as the first post in every forum that would state: "Before asking a question, please search first".

Maybe that would stop some of the naivety from new members. Just a thought as they say...

nOOBness graduation IMO is not defined by no. of posts but of learning resources

In the last year or so many including me have gone from nOOb to user/poster. I have even been able to provide previously not given advice and even made Stoney's list which BTW made me proud.
