I got my requested call back from my dealer from the Survey..........
The service writer was both concerned and upset with the 1's and comments I left in the survey.
We went over things again and he knows how I felt after the service. He knows what and who ticked me off, and what I expect from a service visit to get all 5's next time.
I would say that it was a step forward. He did say he has to answer as to why i gave the ratings I did. he will have some explaning to do.
We talked at length about the poor loaners. he said that is Audi. Lexus, BMW, Merc, all pay to loan out same brand, but Audi is only the cheap stuff.
I closed my conversation with "I hope to be able to give you 5's the next time" he said he would do his best.

I gave the Don Rosen service department all 1's on a service appointment and asked for a call back from the service manager in the survey. (we received extraordinarily poor service from the dealer).
Don Rosen never called back, and my wife and I have never returned.

He was upset he got hit with the 1's....concerned I gave 1's........more
he thought I was all taken care of. that's my point, I wasn't. There is no communication between the service writers. Ask 3 people about your car, and get 3 different answers.
Plus they had my car 16 days. They thought I was crazy for being upset by this.
We will see if this is fixed the next time.

Had a 15k Oil change that went well today.......However,
I thought it was funny that the put on the bottom of the invoice that I would be getting a call to review the service and if I was going to be unable to say excellent to all questions please call them immediately so they can take care of it before the survey.

I think you did the right thing.
It is a survey and it is used by their management to rate their work. If you are not honest, change will not occur. I'm just glad to hear that they really do make a big deal about the surveys.

Re: I complained about the poor loaner in my survey after 10K service, too.
If I was Lexus I would advertise that Audi gives you a sub compact and that Lexus owners get a Lexus.
