Default Run down to Harbor Freight and get an "air hammer" and a punch and drive it out.

Default have one, used it (after finding your earlier post-thanks!). Couldn't get the bolt to budge- the

punch kept slipping off the end of the bolt.

That and the fact that the garage is right next to the bedroom where my wide was already sleeping made me stop with the air hammer.

Any suggestons on technique, and which 'tip' to use?

Default Did I suggest the 'alternate' method to you?.....

Remove the lower INNER bolts, and pull both lower control arms out of the subframe.... might have to remove the shock bolt too..

Default I only undo the front one. Remember to leave it loose until the car is sitting back on the ground...

or you will pre-tension the mounting bushes whihc wil cause them to fail rapidly!
