I have been emailing this guy at Evo Motorsport about the intake. *EDIT*

This was his response to some of my questons:
"Thank you for your email and interest in our products. We do not have any dyno charts for that car, however the intake makes about 5-8HP to the wheels over stock. The intake is a fresh air, not a true cold air, but it addresses to the two major restrictions in the system; the filter, and the airbox itself. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns, take care!"
I would love to believe that I am really getting more horsepower out of this. But at this point I am still skeptical. This is not the intake that LLTek has. Here is a link to it.
Edit: This is what I responded to him with.
"Thank you for your quick response to my email! However, without dyno charts to show that the car actually gained horsepower I am still a little bit concerned about adding this intake to my car. From others who have used a similar intake from LLTek they actually experienced a loss of power at lower RPMs. It seems like this intake might just suck in the hot air from the engine bay."<ul><li><a href="http://www.evoms.com/a4%2028%20intake.htm">EVO MS</a></li></ul>

The one in your link will pull in hot air from the engine compartment. The intake will certainly loose power and probably won't meet emmisions requirements either.
