This was his response to some of my questons:

"Thank you for your email and interest in our products. We do not have any dyno charts for that car, however the intake makes about 5-8HP to the wheels over stock. The intake is a fresh air, not a true cold air, but it addresses to the two major restrictions in the system; the filter, and the airbox itself. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns, take care!"

I would love to believe that I am really getting more horsepower out of this. But at this point I am still skeptical. This is not the intake that LLTek has. Here is a link to it.

Edit: This is what I responded to him with.
"Thank you for your quick response to my email! However, without dyno charts to show that the car actually gained horsepower I am still a little bit concerned about adding this intake to my car. Exactly, it will only suck hot air in the engine bay and for what maybe 5 to 8 hp....stay away!!!!

Do a search for the Darintake or darin intake, much better results...

The one in your link will pull in hot air from the engine compartment. The intake will certainly loose power and probably won't meet emmisions requirements either.
