I have the US nav unit with the toggle controler next to the emergency brake...I am replacing it
with a NAV+ unit...I read somewhere that a cup holder can be put where the toggle controler is...is this true? does anyone have a photo? and finally, if there is a cup holder, what is the part number?

Yea. Now that I think about it...
...you said you're replacing the 'US Nav' with a Nav+...maybe I'm out of the loop, but what's the difference between the two?..I don't think I was aware of any other Nav system other than the 'plus' and the newer 'RNS-E' systems...please enlighten me. :P
