i dont understand why anyone would pay 600 for a pair of hids even if they are oem when you can get a good pair for 200

I doubt if you can get the complete assemblies for 200 each, much less the pair.
If so, post where, even on 'both' boards.

Well....at least not without them being damaged.

I picked up two damaged units from salvage for $100 each including the ballast. Baked them for 15 minutes at 250 and pulled the guts out to swap into the standard halogen.
