I'm stumped the AC in my A6 smells like vinegar?

I changed out the cabin filter, no one has ever smoked in the car.It is not a new thing it has been this way for quite some time. I can't think of anything to cause this. Ideas?

There is a spray cleaner that is made to clean the system through cabin filter or try Lysol?

Vinegar smell is strange.

prob those caesar salads in your car...but for real, ac drain

or mold in your system. happened ot me on my old car, you can bleach it out
