Brand new genuine RS4 style Audi wheels.....

tires would be the least of your concerns unless these rims are of 9.0 in width.
You can go up the 255/35/18 or 235/40/18 on the 8.5 wide rims and 235/40/18 on 7.5 and 8.0 wide rims although the tires would look very round on the 7.5.
I would agree with prior post about the rigidity or rather the tendency to bend on the factory rs4 rims. I would rather spend a lot less and just the the stronger RS4 replica wheels which are a bit heavier but stronger.
