I really dont think the price is too high. (relatively speaking)....
This is a super car with a lot of techno. I read several articles where the RS6 dynoed almost 500 hp stock and also I think it will have a good resale value.

Just thought of this: the stock RS6 has 450hp, so with a chip it will atleast have 500HP!!!!!!DAMN!!
