Default C-class, 3-series, Lexus IS, are all a nice meal for a 2.7T. Especially at altitude. ;)

Can't do much to V8s, though... 540is, E430, A6 4.2.

Default My question is why did he think he would be faster...

than you?? Heck, are there many cars on the road that that car is faster than??

I can't tell you how many times I have seen some knucklehead driving around in a BMW 325 acting like he is some kind of race car driver. I always want to ask him whether he realizes that he doesn't have an M3 badge on his butt.

Default I was also quite biased toward German cars and against, basically, everything else..

especially ANYTHING made by Mitsubishi, until I drove (and then bought) an Evo. It is the most fun car I have ever driven. It has nowhere the qualtiy of materials and finish that my 4.2 has, but the fit and structural integrity are very impressive. Plus it will annihilate my 4.2 in acceleration.

Default oh, just my luck...i'd run into someone that owns one of these said plastic cars...

Now, i will admit...i do like me some Evo. I've not driven one...but i if i did, I know i'd want one. It's gotta be fun as ****e to drive! I've really don't have anything against those cars except that it seems so unfair that they can so damn fast at a fraction of the cost...not to mention why weren't cars like these around when I was a youngster.
