ISV cleaning problem

Hello all. My car has poor idle, especially when the car is under load (eg, slope road or full turn reverse parking). I followed the instruction to clean the ISV this morning. I managed to remove the plastic plenum from throttle but couldn't find any black cylindrical object in sight (see picture). My question is that is the part locates near the suction pump the ISV (see picture)? Any comments are appreciated.

you don't have an ISV per se.. On your car (and all 30vs) the idle is controlled by the throttle...

if you suffer from poor idle, and cut throttle running, check out the following TSB..
