The point is: The standard of service is so high in this market segment
Being a proud owner of Audi I realy hate to see anything that relate to Audi not match or beat industry standard. I was very impressed by Lexus and Mercedes dealer and heard Infinite dealer is excellent as well. It's really hard to swallow when I have to walk in a poorly decorated service area with no sofa for waiting and had to circle halfway around the garage to use the restroom. What kind of crap is this????!!!@#@?.
My finance took in her C230 and drove away in a s320 as a loaner for the long weekend, the service manager even jokingly suggest we should plan to take a long trip; we did and took it to S.F from L.A. My friends' Lexus dealships were just as nice.
