Default Keyless entry stopped working

I searched the forum first, but I didn't find much which may mean I'm not using the right terminology... Anyway, I've had my car for a decade now, and this is a first. I was trying to roll up all the windows using the turn-the-key-and-hold-it function. It worked for a few of the windows, but one had a problem. So I tried it a few more times, and it worked. But since then, my keyless entry stopped working! I have 3x FOBs and none of them work, so it had to be something in the car. Is there a special sequence that purposely disables the keyless entry? I guess it could be a huge coincidence and the receiver portion of the keyless entry went out at the -exact- same time, but that seems a little far-fetched. Any ideas?

Grab your owners manual and reprogram all of your fobs at the same time. For starters. If that doesn't work get someone to pull the codes for you. It should be throwing some from what I read.
