Damn, I'm getting that scary knocking noise. Its really faint but, I heard it. Oil level is good same with the pressure. Got almost 70K on a 2000. I'm taking it in, not going to risk any serious damage. So any thoughts?

Its the engine or atleast thats where the noise appears to be coming from. When I'm in drive (stationary) I can hear it, but when I put it in neutral its gone. The noise gets a bit louder when the AC is running also.

Get that car to a mechanic RIGHT NOW and have them see if the water pump is failing. If the water pump fails it comes to a stop and since the water pump is on the timing belt it can grab a hold of the timing belt and all hell can break loose in the head.
The reason why the water pump knocks is because the ball bearings inside get nicked or pitted and then they start sticking together. The ball bearings are knocking all over the place because they're clumped up.
I am not kidding about this. Get it checked now. If it's determined that the water pump is bad, don't drive it.
