Labor Wanted : C5 A6 Avant Front Control Arms & Struts

I'm looking for referrals for a quality independant shop in the Northern New Jersey area that would be willing to install an ECS control arm rebuild kit, and new struts /shocks. The few I have used or contacted thus far deeply resent anyone bringing in their own parts. I can appreciate this, but they all charge full retail for parts - OEM parts they obtain from local Audi dealerships. If anyone has a referral, a shop that knows Audi front suspensions, I would appreciate it. I've done much of my own work on my Avant. But a full control arm & shock replacement is not something I would tackle. Many thanks.

I suppose I should add i have a (gulp) 25-30 year history with the owner who has always been reasonable, honest, and competent. High end? no. Speed shop? No. Solid work? yes. Honest? yes.
Depending on where you are its also nice that he's across the street from a train station.

Interesting site with a treasure trove of links. However, i've never heard of any of the NJ "speed shops" listed, and you have zero need of a speed shop. You need a competent general mechanic to replace one set of suspension components with another. If convenient, go to mini. If you're further north, why not try the car doctor - Ron Ananian somewhere up in bergen county. From his radio show, they guy sounds sharp.
But Alex wont steer you wrong.

You might want to add a zip code for the area you are in. North New Jersey is a big area. Might be a local shade tree on here that can help you out as well.
