All I can say is you have my sympathy! This is what scares me about used cars - too many people
think that fixing them is simple. When you combine your troubles with some of the indie shops and quick lube places horror stories, it really can make you gun-shy. I hope it all gets sorted out soon! Sounds like flying in the Audi tech was a good move - you would have never solved the problem without him.

Are the individual dealers penalized if a car gets repurchsed under lemon law or other means? Just
curious as I am in a situation involving BBB Arbitration and more and IMO it's due mainly to my dealership being poor, not due to AoA or the vehicle itself. From my point of view, I would hope the dealership gets some sort of black mark from all this, but they act like they don't care and that this won't or can't hurt them. Thanks a lot, and if you don't want to answer openly, I would very much appreciate an e-mail. Thanks!
