Default leaking injectors

Hi guys,
My vehicle is the C5 2.4 petrol, year 1999. I had two of my injectors leaking fuel. I then replaced all O rings but now I have five leaking. I would like to believe that I did evething right as I lubricated the O rings properly and and fitted them well. Do I need new injectors all of a sudden? Or, what could be the problem, please help?

My suggestion: pull all the injectors and send them off to be professionally serviced by a shop that specializes in that kind of work. Paying to have this done isn't that expensive and the peace of mind is worth it. I have used Injector Rehab in NJ on two occasions http://injector-rehab.com/shop/ and been pleased with their work. There are other places that will do similar cleaning and refurbishment, etc. around the country that you'll find if you do a Google search.
