My 2001 2.7 needs a torque converter. Has anyone had theirs replaced/upgraded by Lever Ten?

Also, they are in Hamburg NJ and I am in Colorado. What about having my local Audi trans shop (not the dealer) do the work and have Level Ten supply the TC. They also recommend doing the valve body at the same time. Is this necessary/

OK I've done my research, found that Level 10 is not a company to do business with.

My 2.7 is stock other than an MTM chip. Can I just do a standard TC replacement or do I need an upgrade? Not planning on any further mods.
