Looking at an '04 2.7t S-Line anything I should be looking at specifically for this year?

Had an '01 2.7t which was totaled out and it was a pretty trouble free car.
This one has 65,000 miles, not certified which bothers me a little, but I think the price at $16,900 reflects it. All the other '04's around me are going in the mid twenties certified with miles in the high 30's and low 40's. There are a few slight paint chips on the front bumper but the rest of the car doesn't have a scratch on it. Car fax shows it as a one owner car with no accident history. Does the price seem reasonable for that many miles? Dealer has a 12 month warranty on the powertrain (only internally lubricated parts) for engine, transmission and trans axle.
Just can't help but think 10 grand less for a non-certified car with 25,000 more miles is not a bad deal.

The A6 has such poor resale value and there are plenty of them out there to choose from.
It's well worth the extra $4 to get a CPO car with 25k fewer miles.
While the 2004 is more reliable than the '00-'01s, there are still many common failures that could easily eat up that $4k difference.

It makes a CPO all the more attractive (since it's hassle-free and has great roadside coverage).

service contracts and you can get no deductible and take the car to an indy or dealer(if indy can't do it)
pick up a 2.7t of your choice under 75k miles and you can get a 4yr/48k mile service contract at click4warranty.com

silver one. I put about 25K a year on and buying a car with 65,000 on it already probably is not a good move although the price seemed pretty good. I now have a vehicle to use until I find the right car so I don't have as much pressure.
