w/ waaay less miles than that (about half that many miles). Heck, even I'm considering selling mine that I just bought in June '03. I'm crazy, but I'm thinking of getting a new 4.2. Gotta still discuss that w/ the Mrs. =)
But if you're set on buying that car, make sure the major service was done (about 60K mi.) and have the car inspected by a tech, too (preferrably at an Audi dealership).

Seems that most 2000's were either very reliable or "buggy". Mine, luckily, is the very reliable one. Regardless I made sure that I purchased a comprehensive extended warranty that covers me until 90K miles.
If you're interested I'm starting to think about selling mine for a newer car. Let me know and I can give you the details.
Cheers,
-DJ

... I would be more careful. Early ones had issues. On that note, I would absolutely get an Audi dealer to run the full maintenance record so you can see what kind of issues the car has had.
