Default Looking for a part number...

I'm looking for the part number or descrition of a leaking coolant hose. The hose is connected to the upper port of my iol cooler, (the protion of the engine the oil filter screws into).

To better describe the hose, if you follow the hose from the bottom of the coolant reservoir, you'll end up near the oil cooler. This hose stops and a short piece of hose (like 2" or so) connects it to a metal tube. This metal tube dissapears into the engine right next to the oil pan. There's a clamp that holds this metal tube to the side of the oil pan. At any rate, this metal tube slits off prior to the clamp on the engine. This split heads to the top port of the oil cooler. This is the hose part number I need.

What's happened is the short piece of hose that connects the rubber and metal tube has a hose clamp that has rubbed a hole in the hose that goes to the top port of the cooler. Looks like a poor design to me.

Any help would be appreciated. Anyone know if there's a service bulletin on this?

Thanks in advance.

There's a hose that runs from the bottom of the coolant reservoir to the lower part of the engine.
