Does anyone recommend a brand who can provide white headlights, looking for similarity as to the lexus and bmw headlights! thanks!

PIAA Superwhite. They are not as white as the Xenon but much whiter than the original. I've also tried the Plasma Blue but it's bad in terms of light output, although they are very close to Xenon in look. I've had PIAA in all the lights for about a year and they are very good.

Are they pure white and don't have any blue shading?

Depends on your definition of what's white is. It's not white in the same sense as the Xenon but it's definitely doesn't have any blue tint to it.
