Default I did this mod last month

Easy to do. Check with several VW dealers if your interested in saving a buck. I got quotes for $22 to $55. yes it is for the eurovan and is blue in color. Get a new O ring for 75cents while your ar there.

Default Re: RS6 fender liners

If your car is a 2.7 and not a 4.2 you will have to trim the liners to fit. I used metal snips to cut the fender liners and all turned out well. Some of the bolt holes can be used but you will have to make some new ones to secure the liner. Not new holes in the body of the car but in the new fender liner.EASY

Default There are several swithces available which operate at different temps......

Somone here listed them a while ago and was going to do the mod but with a higher temp switch than the one you have used because I think it may cause too much wear on the pump and battery.

The engine is perfectly capable of standing a fair amount of heat-soak but reducing it a bit seems a good idea to me. It would be even smarter if it operated the rad fan on very low speed for a short while as well.

FYI, the afterrun switch does operate the electric fan on speed 1 (low).

Yep! System operates both the pump and the fan for up to 10 minutes after shutdown.
