Many thanks Ross:D in Georgia for VAG-COM help with RECARO. More questions.
We were however unable to clear the Airbag code.
The Recaro installation includes a nicely severed middle seat belt in the back.
We found three errors
Control Module Part Number: 4B0 959 655 N
Component and/or Version: Airbag 8.4E 3001
Software Coding: 0000406
Work Shop Code: WSC 02325
3 Faults Found:
00591 - Seat Belt Switch: Left (E24)
010 - Open or Short to Plus - Intermittent
01213 - Belt Tensioner Igniter: Rear Middle (N198)
011 - Open Circuit
00592 - Seat Belt Switch: Right (E25)
010 - Open or Short to Plus - Intermittent
Following the recode logic found by STFA we reset code 0000407 to 0000406 to no avail.
Anyone have any insight?
