Default maserati event from last week

i went to the maserati launch of the quattroporte in nyc last week and took some pictures.. and i couldn't help but notice while i was there all the similarities to audi. from seat movement controls, which were exactly identical with the lumbar support and all, to the windowshade that pops up in the rear (which is becoming more popular). does audi have some influence over maserati? i don't see how this could be if ferrari owns maserati, and audi has a large amount of stock in lamborghini. maybe it's just a coincidince that maserati has the same style.

you can see the pictures here:

(there are also a few pictures of a poor audi that got smashed up, i found a headlight washer cover on the ground)

http://e-lite.org/~chris/maserati/</a

Default VAG is supplying AWD technology for the upcoming Maserati Kubang

Here you see a possible outcome of the platform to be shared with VW. Is this also shared with the Pikes Peak? Perhaps. It is large enough to fit the Maser V8.

Default Nice pics!

Thanks for sharing.
As for your comments...
There are only so many high end suppliers in Europe. My 97 A6 has the same AC unit as the Boxter. Nothing unusual.

Default She didn't want links, credits, etc....she just didn't want 'em used.

Downright nasty (and rather stupid) about it, IIRC.
