Mass tint shop?

I'm looking for recommendations on a good window tint shop in Mass?

Carisma in Lowell. I might have misspelled it but that's how it's pronounced.

I called and they seem to outsource there work to a second party. They only do work on Saturday's, and the people on the other end of the phone who work weekdays are anything but helpful.

If anyone has any suggestions of places they've gone outside of MA anywhere in CT, NH, VT -- I'd rather take an afternoon drive and get it done right.
