After a trip up the east coast, I've got my hands on the holy grail for the Melange interior owners... heated sports seats!!!

Special thanks to Stoneman for the deal, I know we are all sorry to see you leave the C5 forum. He also sold me the anthracite Enkei wheels so I made the trip up to handle the cargo myself. And what better way to ship the seats than installed into the car for the trip home!

Also thanks to TeddyBGame for coming down to meet us for the installation, it was great to finally meet you.

Sorry about the bad picture quality, but it was well into the night by the time I arrived so this is the best I could come up with in the dark!

Now I'm ready for the trip home, tucked into my sports seats with the Nav lady guiding me the whole way!

1) Alcantara install (most of the stock stuff has been already removed this evening)
2) Sport seat swap from my 2.7T
3) VAG COM help for a local B6 AWer
4) Completing sale of forged 4.2 summer setup
5) finish pre-wiring for the OEM power rear sunshade
6) clear corners

FYI - My 4.2 already has sport seats, but the set in my 2.7T is going to another AWer tomorrow...but I'll let him tell the story ))

...and thanks for playing the role of UPS delivery man for the rest of my sport interior...

For those of you who remember my recent post of my black front sport seats, the seller lives in Raleigh, NC and Lee was kind enough to make a pitstop in NC to pick up the rest of my interior (rear sport seats etc) and deliver it to me in CT.

Thanks again...and enjoy the new seats. You will certainly love them when you embark on your 2nd 900 mile journey.
