The real pros ( except enthusiasts ) go to brands that pay much more commision. The Audi buyer is very demanding and technical. You and I have seen many such knuckle dragging cesspool scum who pass themselves off as salespeople.
A good deliver usually takes 45min. to 1 1/2 hours depending on the new owner, car and equipment. This does not include test drives or sales negotiations. Total average sale time ( over several visits, e-mail, faxes and phone calls ) is 5 hours.
I would lay the blame for the questions that annoy you, not just at reading the manual, but that not enough people do any research into who is selling them their car. Please use an ABS or go to the service drive and ask the service manager who they would buy a car from.
I've had to question my loyalty as going to to BMW or Lexus would triple my income.
