Well, since round 2 of my clear corner mod attempt, I've noticed some moisture int he housing of my driver-side headlight, but I never opened the housing up. I did, however, take out the orange bulb, I guess giving air a chance to get in. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Fixed with "flowable silicone windshield and glass sealer" from pep boys or whatever.
Look carefully for any entry point for water. Only takes the TINIEST crack.

maybe figure out how the moisture is getting in. The headlamp assemblies are NOT air- or water-tight, so it is not uncommon to see moisture get in there is the weather is very damp.

After a drive, shut off the car and open the headlight assembly from the inside (as if to change a bulb) and leave it open for a couple of hours. The heat of the engine will dry out the headlight. Don't forget to close it when you're done.

inside somewhere and gradually accumulates, then you have a leak. You can buy a flowable silicone sealer for windshields at auto parts store (it comes in clear) and use that to seal the leak.
Best method IMO for finding the leak is to take out the entire assembly and put it in a bucket of water, blow into it and see where it bubbles...
