Default Multiple cels is my ecu a goner?

I replaced the auxiliary water pump on my wife's 2001 2.7t quattro a6. It was leaking and dripping onto the reference sensor I assume causing the speedometer to quit working. The car ran fine but smokes a little under the hood but ill get to those repairs later. So during the repair I had the negative terminal disconnected 100% of the time. I had the hood propped open with my tool kit to keep from squishing all the items I had removed while it started to rain. Well it rained about 3 inches and the maf was open to the air. Possible splashes inside. I was worried but I dried everything I could. Didn't touch the maf though. Onward I finished the install. Replaced the damaged vacumn lines and went to crank the car and im getting 8 error codes in the engine. Epc light... abs light... car drives like crap.. I cleaned the maf but that didn't help. The car runs the same with or without the maf . without an educated guess my next assumption is to replace the maf. But im wondering mt my ecu went poop on me somehow.

Here's the codes... excuse the shareware im waiting until after christmas to buyba Ross tech. I borrowed a friends cable. I tried to decode them and I have searched around in all of these but I haven't found a exact similarity.
