Multiply / random Misfire Detected on cylinder 1, 2, 3.

Multiply / random Misfire Detected on cylinder 1, 2, 3.
I have the following car: Audi A6 2.8L V-6 1999 (AHA)
Audi dealer's diagnostic result: Engine light is flashing and took it to dealer who detected Multiply / random Misfire Detected on cylinder 1, 2, 3. P0301/P0302/P0303
Replaced: spark plugs, ignition wires, O-rings on fuel injectors, Switched fuel injectors from left bay to right cylinder bank and opposite, New Ignition Coil, Cleaned MAF sensor, replaced all vacuum hoses.
With all that I've done, can it be something simple or do you suspect it major? At the least I just want to pass inspection.
I cannot sink any more money but cannot sell it either......
