My 2.8 is not starting. Turning over, battery is charged, but it will not start up. Help please...

My 2.8 is not starting. Turning over, battery is charged, but it will not start up. Help please...
It has been raining a lot here recently as well. Any suggestions?? It will turn over but just crnk continuously without startup.

fuel pump
check for fuel pressure. crack open the fuel supply line at the fuel rail and get a small bottle to catch fuel. Have someone crank the engine for a few seconds to see if steady supply of fuel comes out. If not, there's your problem.

Don't need to crank it... Pop the line off, and turn on the key. Of course...
you don't need to pop the line off either, you can just listen carefully at teh back of hte car.
