My A6 is down....
Car is a 1999 A6 2.8Q
Last night, I'm driving home and my coolant warning light comes on. I immediately pull over, and pop the hood to find that I was a little low on coolant. It wasn't too bad, and I was almost home, so I just put in a couple bottles of water and drove home safely. Today, I drove a different car to the dealership, picked up some G12, went home, put it in and everything was good. Started driving the car and went and ran some errands. Everything was fine, coolant temp, oil level, everthing perfect. I go to my gf's house and park. As soon as I get out, I hear a "pouring" sound I knew it wasn't good. I look under my car and coolant is pouring out like no other, from under my car and through the skidplate. Well, my car is now sitting in front of my girls house until saturday, where my brother will have it towed to his friends shop, and they will fix it.
Any ideas on what it could be?
This sucks btw

I had something similar happen earlier this week...
The plastic T-joint that's near the expansion tank broke. It lost all the coolant in the bottle and the nearby hoses. At least it was easy to catch.
I assume it's not that since it'd be immediately noticeable. But as 4Driver4 mentioned, a leak that large should be easy to find.
Good luck, hopefully it's something simple (it's possible).
