Default They are regular comfort seats, but I have never seen those inserts.
remember, sport seats look like this...

You can always tell bu the profile of the bottom cushion, as well as the size of the side bolsters.

$600 at A-1 Auto Upholstery in Waltham, MA. He's doing my S6 too.

they must've been reupholstered....or they're from Europe.

Default Look like aftermarket skins. The car probably came with cloth seats and were recovered.
Dealers do that all the time. The lack of a really tight fit is a good giveaway.
