4K to 6K.....can stretch em out nowadays, but IMO why bother.....!

Default 5W-30 Synthetic blend, every 3-4k. I'm thinking about going to 5k though, since..

oil comes out looking brand-new at 3-4k. IMO, 3k is prolly too early for synthetic oil....but in the end,it is up to you (as always

my car uses less than a 1/2 a quart between oil changes so i don't usually have to top it off

I go 5k. Dino for normally aspirated, synth for forced induction.

Default You can get them in packs quite reasonably, think I paid $30 for 3 a while ago.

Try ECS tuning among many others.
