Is ther a way to have it fold down from the rear view mirror?

Default i don't think its possible

One thing i noticed when we were doing my setup is that Germans really know how to put everything in without waisting space. There really isn't any room on top to put the screen in.

Default not a good idea in brooklyn

A lot of theft is going on lately. My S4 got stolen from my block 4 weeks ago. this way i remove my screen and nobody knows i have it in there. if u get the indash motorized unit it will fold in but still be visible.

Maybe if you put a camera out back and feed the rear view into the nav-screen?

Actually Pioneer has a setup for it. It has an input which is automatically activated when you put ur car in reverse. so u can get a small video camera and use. the only thing is i don't know where is a good placement for it.
