Default The firm my wife used was the one recommended by Max A6

You don't want to go to a firm and just ask for any attorney. If you are just off the street, chances are they will give the youngest, least busy attorney.

I didn't provide a recommendation earlier because I could not remember the guys name. I checked out the web site, and am pretty sure it's David Deane of Albo Oblon who did a great job for my wife around the sping of 2002.

How do you know this firm? I assume you had a good experience with them.

Default Get a lawyer.

Whatever it takes -

You don't want this on your record.

Check with the guys in that state - they should recommend a good layer.

Good lawyer will be able to reduce it to big fine and traffic school.
