They do not wish to provide you with the ammunition you need to make your case. Of course, that is why I have always been a bit **** about service records...I have every slip of paper that the service department handed to me, no matter how minor the visit (for instance...just an oil change). That way, if I ever need to reference the car's history (since I have owned it), all right there in the file.

it would be easy to print out a set of service invoices. Thus, I'm in agreement now that I think I'm being denied. No matter, see my post above where I've complained to the BBB.

Lessen learned re keeping all service invoices, this won't happen again.

Thanks for the luck, I'll need it. Still hoping someone can give me what that code means as well.
