Need HELP with aftermarket stereos!

My wife owns a 1999 A6 with a Symphony stereo. I'm looking to replace it with an aftermarket GPS/iPod Ready/Satellite Radio Ready model, something like the Pioneer Avic-D3. Any suggestions on which models will fit?
