is it possible to replace the low beam light bulb by myself?
*With respect to the owner's manual, "For your safety, we recommend that you have your authorized Audi Dealer replace any bulbs for you (which charged me over $20 labour to replace one fog light!!!), since your dealer has necessary tools, the correct bulbs and the expertise."

Very easy...do you have Xenon or Halogen headlights?
You only have to remove the cover from the back of the headlight assembly, unplug the wires, and disengage the wire clip that holds the bulb in place. To get to the housing, on one side of the car (I cannot remember which side R or L), you need to remove the air filter housing and air guide which obstruct your access to the light assembly cover.
If you want, I can e-mail you pics from the Bentley manual tonight when I get home.
