IIRC theyre the same for all audis...
you can get one off of eBay and just order the key itself from the dealer...
or you can order the whole set (key and fob) for about $140 from the dealer.

As others said, you can get the remote off eBay (any post 98 Audi) - I have had two from there, both work fine (be sure to check the photos for match and wear first and don't bid if not comfortable - there's PLENTY out there). You can program that yourself (see AW Tech section).
If you need the key blade itself (or as well) you need to get that from the dealer and they'll need to program the transponder to your car. I got one from my dealer for $55 and then just clicked it into my eBay remote.
