Is the new RS6 coming to the US? If so, how soon??? Anyone?

Please spare us with RUMORS being presented as FACTS...
RUMOR: RS4 and RS6 <b>MIGHT</b> come to North America.
FACT: Until it's in the form of a press release from Audi, as far as we know, it isn't happening.
I don't know if you will be around the forum to stand up to the people who take your statements NOW seriously, and explain why you made them if/when the RS4 and RS6 DON'T come to NA.
I have posted many rumors here in the past, but I never pass them off as facts... unless of course you're in upper management at Audi, have the knowledge of their current strategic thinking about future model releases in NA, and are willing to identify yourself, OR can give us a phone/e-mail contact to that person where your information came from (and they'll talk to us and confirm what you state), then I really don't see why we should take your statements as anything beyond guesswork.

... it was intended as a joke. Sorry it went over your head. I'll try to explain the gist of what I meant.
To date, the RS4 hasn't gone on sale here and is currently out of production. Those two events make its arrival in the North American market somewhat problematic, wouldn't you say?

I guess I'll have to strive for a little less subtlety in the future. PERHAPS WRITING WITH THE SHIFT KEY LOCKED WOULD BE MORE APPROPRIATE.

Ah yes....
Except, I have heard that the B6 RS4 <b>may</b> come to the US. So, considering what you posted below, I assumed you thought you knew that the RS4 (B6 of course) <i>was</i> coming and hence, also the RS6... easy confusion, especially in my <i>end of work on a holiday</i> state. Apologizes for any offensive remarks. =)
