Default No high beams, turn signals, fog lights

This is a new one on me. The car has no turn signals, no high beams at any time, and the fog lights (front and rear) are non-functional. 4-way hazard flashers work fine. No power the fuses for the high beams and the fogs.

If it was just the high beams and fogs, I'd say maybe the headlight switch, but the turn signals are unrelated to that switch. If it was just the high beams and the turn signal, I'd guess the signal stalk, but the fogs are unrealated to the stalk. I'd also guess the fog relay, but I do not think that is related to the high beams or the turn signals.

Odd...

No flash to pass. AC, wipers, etc all are working as normal.

I'm not sure how much that relay does; it might be a double pole or something. I'll look into it.

Cruise isn't working either, but that may predate this issue.

Been poking through it (that's why it took so long to respond). I think I might know the answer.

To reinstall the cluster, I telescoped the steering wheel all the way out toward me. If I unplugged the wires to the turn signal stalk, that might be the issue. Will report back tonight.
