So I got up early decided to replace my snub mount. Broke out the grinder to shorten my 8mm allen wrench, get everything ready, only to find that some bastage has messed with it before. The allen bolt close the middle of the engine, there are two on the bottom, is rounded off inside and can get into it with the wrench. So time to call the dealer and play WTF. Now how to figure out a good excuse for having been looking at it to being with.

Even following the directions posted here a few weeks ago...it still took like 90 minutes. Mostly just trying to maneuver the brackets and tools in and out of that area. Very tight area w/almost no extra room.
But now that it's done, I can honestly say that I have noticed a difference in the way that the car shifts now. Even though it's a "tip" you easily can feel the smoothness of the upshifts.
In the end: if you have $50 and at least an hour to kill, go for it.
