so the PSK will be ready for you. Maybe we can do the swap while I have my tools and ramps out?
Thinking about Saturday AM. Are you free?

1) do the OEM HID projectors line up with the 3 mounting holes from the halogen reflectors? It appears that they are not...which was my original prognosis from 2 years ago.
No they dont, looking at them definately suggests they are close...hence why I installed them that way originally. This is the issue I had. The HID projector needs to be rotated 180 degrees to create the correct beam cutoff. I had mounted the HID projector the same as the Halogen, and the light was opposite when installed.
2) Could you have borrowed some of the mount points from the halogen reflector/part to make it a better fit?
Do you mean the mount points on the halogen projector? or on the shroud? I did use the mounting points on the shroud. The mounting points on the projector couldnt be removed without destroying the halogen projector.
I tried to keep everything as close to stock as possible, in case the retro didnt work I could go back to the halogen setup.
We should meet up and I can get into more detail on one of the broken housings you have.
Chicken wire has many great uses....its the duct tape of the wire world! lol

Good guy for "bouncing" ideas off.
Actually, in his website, there's a pix of my Xenon's in action in the misty rain.
